许多同学都希望自己长得高大威猛,那么有没有什么食物能有效地让身体长得更高呢?其实我们周围有很多营养丰富、有助于成长的食物,下面就让我来告诉你:牛奶牛奶是一种全营养品,它含有丰富的蛋白质、氨基酸、钙、磷等,对增高极为有利。牛奶中富含制造骨骼的营养物质钙,而且容易被处于成长期的孩子吸收。虽然喝牛奶不能保证一定会长高,但是身体缺乏钙质肯定是长不高的。所以多喝牛奶是不会有坏处的。
