跨机构、跨部门的协同政务研究已成为当前电子政务领域理论研究和实际应用中的热点问题。协同政务在实施过程中会遇到许多挑战,受到各种影响因素的制约,直接影响到协同系统的结构和功能以及协同政务的实施效果。在对国内外政务协同典型案例进行比较分析的基础上,构建了一个由外部环境域、协同网络域和协同部门域所构成的协同政务影响因素模型,并分析了协同政务的主要影响因素及这些因素间的相互作用。
Cross-agency, cross-sectoral collaborative government research has become the current e-government theoretical research and practical application of hot issues. Cooperative government affairs will encounter many challenges in the process of implementation.
