目的:探索病案信息数据挖掘在老年高血压病临床护理中的应用。方法:运用数据挖掘技术对广东医学院附属厚街医院心血管内科2014年收治的681份老年高血压病患者病案资料进行聚类分析,同时对聚类分析结果进行总结,对不同类别的患者提出相应的护理措施。结果:利用数据挖掘技术解决老年高血压病护理工作中的难点,从中识别出有效的、新颖的、潜在的信息与知识,护理人员按老年高血压病护理诊断标准对患者实施科学分类,进行针对性规范化护理,对患者病情的改善及生活质量的提高起重要作用。结论:将数据挖掘技术应用于老年高血压病临床护理中,能帮助护理人员增加护理经验,有效提高临床护理质量,从而提升护理水平,具有重要的临床应用价值。 Objective: To explore the application of medical record information data mining in elderly patients with hypertension.
