本文介绍了各种增强纤维复合材料的动力学特性实验研究结果。复合材料由DX-210一般环氧树脂、3130~#、241~#、3501~#活性环氧树脂和日本三菱公司的GRAFIL AS、日本碳素公司的CARBOLoN N-3、东芝公司的TORAYCAT-300高压增强碳纤维所构成。实验是在室温下进行的。碳纤维复合材料的静电弯曲强度和弯曲疲劳强度取决于环氧树脂粘结特性。 10~7次循环弯曲疲劳强度和静弯曲强度的比值为0.44—0.55,且试片在水中浸泡三星期后,弯曲疲劳强度不变。
In this paper, the experimental results of kinetic properties of various kinds of reinforced fiber composites are introduced. The composite material consists of DX-210 general epoxy resin, 3130 ~ #, 241 ~ #, 3501 ~ # active epoxy resin and GRAFIL AS of Japan Mitsubishi Corporation, CARBOLoN N-3 of Japan Carbon Co., Ltd., TORAYCAT-300 High-pressure enhanced carbon fiber composition. The experiment was conducted at room temperature. The electrostatic bending strength and bending fatigue strength of carbon fiber composites depend on the epoxy resin bonding properties. The ratio of bending fatigue strength to static bending strength was 0.44-0.55 after 10-7 cycles, and the bending fatigue strength was not changed after the test piece was soaked in water for three weeks.
