2013年11月3日,习近平总书记到武陵山片区湘西州调研扶贫攻坚工作时提出要“精准扶贫”的扶贫工作新理念。年底召开的全国扶贫开发工作会议和湖南省扶贫开发工作会议也都明确提出了要建立精准扶贫的工作机制。这将是今后片区打好扶贫攻坚战的新思路和新举措。
On November 3, 2013, General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward a new concept of “helping the poor” in poverty alleviation work when he went to the western region of Wuling Mountain to study the work of helping the poor. The national work conference on poverty alleviation and development held at the end of the year and the work conference on poverty alleviation and development in Hunan Province all also explicitly proposed the establishment of a precise working mechanism for poverty alleviation. This will be the new thinking and new measure for the area to lay a solid foundation for the fight against poverty.
