There was no SGo (outer secondary growth) and SGi (inner secondary growth) and no SGo SGi occurred in the low temperature sensitive test varieties. SGi was treated with garlic at 35 ℃ for 40 days before sowing, and the photoperiod of the shoot-bud differentiation had little effect on the occurrence of SGi. The low temperature reaction intermediate type includes SGo and SGi and SGo does not occur only two types of SGi.
