(一) 问题的发现1983年3月份,我段东风1452号机车架修时,第二台牵引电动机因电枢接地而更换大修电枢(8222号)。组装后做空转试验时,发现电枢转数很慢,约3转/分,转数不上升,通直流电150安和300安时转数一样。只有电流显示,而无电压。我们又换另一大修电枢,组装后做空转试验,电枢转数正常。此时我们确认定子状态是良好的。然后我们对大修电枢(8222号)进行匝间耐压试验,被测的所有相邻换向片均无波形,这说明电枢内部存在短路
