现将《医疗事故处理办法》发给你们,请贯彻执行。正确处理医疗事故是保障病员和医务人员合法权益,维护医院工作秩序和社会治安的一项重要工作。望各级人民政府加强对这项工作的领导,督促卫生部门加强对医务人员的医德教育和业务技术训练,积极预防事故的发生;督促有关部门相互配合,协同做好医疗事故的处理工作。同时,对无理取闹而影响医院工作秩序的人,也要严肃认真处理,以维护安定团结,保障医院工作的正常进行。
