本文介绍加筋水泥刨花板受弯构件的长期载荷试验,根据试验结果指出:加筋水泥刨花板受弯构件的变形-时间曲线与受弯木构件类似,都能依此确定长期强度极限,加筋水泥刨花板受弯构件的长期强度极限可取为0.5倍短期强度极限;加筋水泥刨花板受弯构件的长期变形超过短期变形2倍以上,因此应该按正常使用极限状态进行设计。应用加筋水泥刨花板受弯构件的试点工程证明,这种构件在设计荷载(约为破坏荷载的0.15倍)作用下,使用正常。
This paper describes the long-term load test of reinforced concrete particle board bending members. According to the test results, the deformation-time curve of the flexural members of the reinforced cement particleboard is similar to that of the bent wood members, and the long-term strength limit can be determined accordingly. Reinforced cement The long-term strength limit of the bent component of the particleboard is preferably 0.5 times the short-term strength limit; the long-term deformation of the flexural member of the reinforced cement particleboard exceeds the short-term deformation by more than 2 times, so the design should be designed according to the limit state of normal use. The pilot project of the flexural members of reinforced cemented chipboard has proved that this kind of component is used normally under the design load (about 0.15 times of the damage load).
