研究了涂层厚度、耐火骨料粒度分布、有机粘结剂及悬浮剂等对镁合金消失模涂料吸附性的影响。结果表明:涂层厚度越厚,越有利于提高涂料吸附性,耐火骨料的粒度分布集中有利于提高消失模涂料吸附性,添加适当的有机粘结剂可改善消失模涂料的吸附性能,CMC与膨润土的相互作用对涂料的吸附性能也有一定的影响。并分析了涂料吸附性对消失模镁合金铸件针孔的影响,涂料吸附性越好,越有利于减少镁合金铸件针孔,提高铸件质量。
The effects of coating thickness, particle size distribution of refractory aggregate, organic binder and suspending agent on the adsorption of magnesium alloy lost foam coating were studied. The results show that the thicker the coating is, the better the coating adhesion is. The concentration of refractory aggregate concentrates in favor of improving the adsorption of the lost foam coating. Adding suitable organic binder can improve the adsorption performance of the lost foam coating. CMC The interaction with bentonite also has a certain impact on the adsorption properties of coatings. The influence of coating adsorbability on the pinhole of the lost foam magnesium alloy castings was analyzed. The better the adsorptivity of the coating was, the better the pinholes of the magnesium alloy castings were reduced and the quality of castings was improved.
