马克思主义人的发展理论是马克思主义的重要内容,是科学发展观的思想渊源之一,是“人”发展的指导思想。科学发展观坚持“以人为本”的理念,强调发展的全面协调可持续。从人的发展的目的和需要出发,强调人的发展要保持全面性、协调性、可持续性。人的全面、协调、可持续发展是社会主义本质的必然要求,是践行科学发展观的关键,是实现人的自由全面发展的必经之路。
The Marxist theory of human development is an important part of Marxism and one of the sources of the scientific development concept. It is also the guiding ideology for the development of “people”. The scientific concept of development adheres to the concept of “people-oriented” and emphasizes the comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development. Starting from the purpose and needs of human development, we emphasize that man’s development should be comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable. The comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development of man is an inevitable requirement of the essence of socialism, the key to practicing the scientific development concept, and the only way to realize the free and all-round development of mankind.
