充分认知农村小学生的成长特点和心理特质,并基于此展开有针对性、目的性、更有策略的小学生德育过程,推动其良好行为习惯和礼仪教养的形成,实现农村小学生综合素质的提升、缩短城乡教育差距的重要选择、亦是必经之路。本文中,笔者将从课堂、游戏以及创新三个角度探究农村小学生“礼仪教养”的培养策略,让其不再成为小学教育中的“奢侈品”。
