以某大厦地下室混凝土浇筑温控施工为例,阐述大体积混凝土筏基和长墙在施工方案阶段应做的温度控制试算分析工作。厚2.2 m的筏基在日平均温度为22℃时进行施工,采用混凝土表面贮水蓄热保温保湿养护措施是可行的,可使混凝土内、外温差有效控制在25℃以下,不会产生温度裂缝。而混凝土长墙带模保温养护、合理留置后浇带间距,是墙体预防开裂的关键。对筏基和长墙的温控指标测算,为地下室混凝土结构的顺利施工提供了理论依据。
Taking the concrete pouring temperature control construction in the basement of a building as an example, the temperature control trial calculation of mass concrete raft foundation and longwall at the construction scheme stage is described. 2.2 m raft foundation daily average temperature of 22 ℃ for construction, the use of concrete surface storage water heat preservation moisturizing conservation measures is feasible, can effectively control the temperature inside and outside the concrete below 25 ℃, will not produce temperature crack. The concrete wall with mold insulation, reasonable after the pouring with the spacing, is the key to prevent cracking of the wall. The calculation of the temperature control index of raft base and long wall provides theoretical basis for smooth construction of basement concrete structure.
