用白矿油替代201硅油作为增塑剂制备了中性通用硅酮密封胶样品,研究了样品的施工性能、邵氏硬度、拉伸性能、热老化性、贮存稳定性。结果发现制成的试样在常温下质量损失较明显,导致体积有所收缩、邵氏硬度上升,拉伸性能下降,热老化性,施工性能和贮存稳定性变差,在90℃条件下的热失重严重;当白矿油添加量超过50质量份时硅酮胶试样大部分性能已经不能满足通用硅酮建筑密封胶标准的要求。
A neutral silicone sealant was prepared by using white mineral oil instead of 201 as a plasticizer. The construction performance, Shore hardness, tensile properties, heat aging and storage stability of the samples were studied. The results showed that the quality loss of the sample was obvious at room temperature, which led to shrinkage of volume, increase of Shore hardness, decrease of tensile property, deterioration of thermal aging property, construction property and storage stability. Under the condition of 90 ℃ When the white mineral oil is more than 50 parts by mass, most of the properties of the silicone rubber sample can no longer meet the requirements of the universal silicone sealant standard.
