大型结构中关键构件的力学性能对整体结构的安全性影响重大,但其受力状态复杂,目前的试验条件尚难准确模拟复杂构件的边界条件。鉴于整体有限元模型可以近似模拟结构中构件真实的受力状态,利用单元耦合技术,提出了整体结构中关键构件的模拟计算方法,对某大空间竖向混合结构中的关键构件进行了精细模拟,通过整体计算分析了该结构中Y型混合柱、屋盖下弦节点在复杂受力状态下的力学行为,并以模型试验结果和一般数值计算方法验证了该方法的准确性。提出的方法可为复杂构件力学性能的研究提供参考。
The mechanical properties of the key components in large structures have a significant impact on the safety of the whole structure, but the force conditions are complex. It is difficult to accurately simulate the boundary conditions of complex components in the current experimental conditions. In view of the fact that the overall finite element model can simulate the true stress state of the component in the structure, the simulation calculation method of the key component in the whole structure is proposed by using the unit coupling technique. The key components in a large space vertical hybrid structure are simulated in detail The mechanical behaviors of Y-shaped hybrid columns and roof chords under complex stress conditions were analyzed by the whole calculation. The accuracy of the proposed method was verified by the model test and the general numerical calculation. The proposed method can provide reference for the study of mechanical properties of complex components.
