新一轮课堂教学改革正如火如荼的进行。笔者在听课的过程中发现,有不少教师的课堂教学存在低效甚至无效的现象。课堂上看似气氛活跃,学生兴奋,教师热情,教学节奏快且容量大,实则空泛,华而不实,“满堂灌”、“群言堂”充斥其间。教师滔滔不绝地讲解和提问,学生还没来得及反应,就被动接受下一个知识点了;还未等学生思考成熟,教师就急于请学生回答问题。这样的课堂安排紧凑,一环扣一环,却没有留给学生充分思考的时间和空间,
