办好学校,教师是第一资源。东北师范大学附属小学自2001年以来,在“开放式·个性化”办学理念的指引下,大力倡导并实施了有效的校本研修——以解决教育教学中的实际问题为切入点,以学校现有资源为依托,开展行动研究,促进教师自主改善教育行动、自主提高专业 Run a good school, teachers are the first resource.
