根据运行时间达到 30 0 0 0h的第一台国产热壁加氢反应器试板解剖的实验结果 ,对反应器的最低升压温度进行了估算 ,对检查出的两处最大缺陷按照《压力容器缺陷评定规范》(CVDA— 1984 )进行了断裂安全评定 ,对运行条件及反应器床层飞温和紧急放空时的应力状态进行了有限元分析。结果表明 ,估算的最低升压温度远低于实际工艺所采用的最低升压温度 ,缺陷在现有条件下有较大的安全裕度。
According to the experimental results of the first domestically manufactured hot-wall hydrogenation reactor plate with an operating time of 30,000h, the minimum step-up temperature of the reactor was estimated, and the two largest defects detected were classified as “pressure vessel Defect Assessment Code ”(CVDA- 1984), the fracture safety assessment was conducted and the finite element analysis of the operating conditions and stress state of the reactor bed during flying and emergency venting was carried out. The results show that the estimated minimum pressure rise temperature is much lower than the minimum pressure rise temperature used in the actual process, and the defect has greater safety margin under the existing conditions.
