随着高等教育大众化进程日渐加快,高校不断扩招,但生源和师资质量都有所下降。高职院校在这方面都面临着严峻的挑战,“深入化、多元化、复杂化”是其教学质量监控工作的显著特点。质量监控是提高教学整体质量的关键所在,为此,必须多角度、多层次分析制约高职教学督导水平的各因素,采取多样化的措施提高高职院校教学督导整体水平,确保各项教学工作顺利开展。
As the popularization of higher education accelerates and universities continue to expand their enrollment, the quality of students and teachers has declined. Higher vocational colleges are facing severe challenges in this regard. “Further, diversified and complicated” is a notable feature of the monitoring of teaching quality.
