随着酒店业市场的不断成熟,引进并使用懂管理、善经营、具备一定管理经验和良好职业道德的酒店职业经理人进行管理是建立符合现代经济发展的酒店管理模式的需要。职业经理人在酒店业的进一步发展壮大中扮演着极其重要的角色,如何激励职业经理人为企业创造更高的价值,最大化地发挥其管理经营能力自然成为酒店业关注的问题。本文在分析酒店业主与职业经理人的委托—代理关系基础上,探讨了当前酒店业职业经理人激励中存在的问题,进而对委托—代理型酒店职业经理人的激励机制构建提出了设想。
With the hotel industry market continues to mature, the introduction and use of professional managers who understand the management, good management, have a certain management experience and good professional ethics management is to establish a hotel management model in line with the needs of modern economic development. Professional managers play an extremely important role in the further development and growth of the hotel industry. How to motivate professional managers to create higher value for the enterprise and to maximize their managerial ability naturally becomes the concern of the hotel industry. Based on the analysis of the principal-agent relationship between hotel owners and professional managers, this paper discusses the current problems in the incentive of professional managers in the hotel industry, and puts forward some tentative suggestions on how to establish the incentive mechanism for the professional managers in the entrusted-agency hotels.
