设计了一个具有多个调整因子的自调整模糊控制器,采用ITAE性能指标,由MATLAB软件构建仿真模型,对多个调整因子进行寻优,从而实现模糊控制规则的自寻优。通过编程,在PLC上实现模糊控制,构成一个基于PLC的模糊控制系统。经仿真和实践证明,该系统运行稳定,动态性能和抗干扰能力优于传统的控制方式,具有较强的鲁棒性,大大提高了煤矿压风机的自动化程度。
A self-adjusting fuzzy controller with multiple adjustment factors is designed. ITAE performance index is used to build a simulation model by MATLAB software, and a number of adjustment factors are optimized to achieve self-optimization of fuzzy control rules. Through programming, fuzzy control is implemented on PLC to form a fuzzy control system based on PLC. The simulation and practice show that the system is stable, dynamic performance and anti-interference ability superior to the traditional control methods, with strong robustness, greatly improving the degree of automation of coal mine pressure fan.
