1.乡村债务现状根据对XX县乡村负债情况的统计:到2008年末,全县乡村共有负债75165.9万元,其中乡镇级37846.1万元,比上年的40752.9万元减少2906.8万元,镇均负债1991.9万元,最高及最低数额分别为4133.7万元、375.5万元;村级37319.8万元,比上年的39215.1万元减少1895.3万元,村平均负债35.8万元,村级最高及最低负债分别为6606.1万元、610万元。2008年,清理归还债务4802.1万元。

Rural debt status According to the statistics of the county debt situation in XX County: By the end of 2008, the total liabilities of the village in the county totaled 751.659 million yuan, of which 378.461 million yuan in township level, 290.68 million yuan less than the 407.529 million yuan in the previous year, 1,919,900 yuan, the maximum and minimum amounts were 413.37 million yuan, 3.755 million yuan; village-level 3.73198 million yuan, 39.5181 million yuan over the previous year to reduce 18,953,000 yuan, the village average debt of 358,000 yuan, the highest and lowest village-level liabilities respectively 660.61 million yuan, 6.1 million yuan. In 2008, 48.01 million yuan was paid off to repay debts.
