目的 :观察鼻敏合剂治疗常年性变应性鼻炎的临床效果。方法 :选用 64例常年性变应性鼻炎患者 ,应用由黄芪、白芷、防风、苍耳子、辛夷、五味子、鱼腥草等煎制而成的中药汤剂鼻敏合剂 ,每日 1剂 ,水煎后早、晚各服 1次 ,1 2 d为 1疗程 ,共用 2个疗程 ,随访 6个月。结果 :64例中 ,显效 38例 ,有效 2 2例 ,无效 4例 ,总有效率 93.75%。结论 :鼻敏合剂治疗常年性变应性鼻炎 ,疗效肯定 ,方法简单 ,无毒副作用。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Bimin Mixture in the treatment of perennial allergic rhinitis. Methods: Sixty-four patients with perennial allergic rhinitis were selected and treated with Decoction of Rhizoma Pinelliae Decoction, Radix Angelicae dahurica, Wind-proof, Xanthium sibiricum, Xinyi, Schisandra, Houttuynia, Decoction early and late each service 1, 12 d for a course of treatment, sharing two courses of treatment, followed up for 6 months. Results: In 64 cases, 38 cases were markedly effective, 22 cases were effective, 4 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 93.75%. Conclusion: Naomin mixture for the treatment of perennial allergic rhinitis, positive curative effect, the method is simple, non-toxic side effects.
