据资料报导,螺旋藻有三十几种,其植物形态及生物特性,种间差异很大。一般认为,只有分离自非洲内陆碱性湖泊的SpiruUna platensis与墨西哥SOSA TEXCOCO碱性湖的Spirulina Maxima两个藻种适合工厂化生产。目前,国内虽然已从不同渠道引进和分离了一些螺旋藻株,然而关于它们的生物性状研究与生产性能的评价、以及给它们的分类,至今仍未见有比较全面的资料报导。为此,对收集到的6株螺旋藻进行了主要生物学性状及生产性能方面的研究,以期选出适合本地区大规模生产的优良藻株,供生产应用。
According to statistics, there are thirty spirulina species, its morphological and biological characteristics of plants, species vary widely. It is generally accepted that only Spirulina platensis isolated from alkaline lakes in the interior of Africa and Spirulina maxima from the alkaline lake at SOSA TEXCOCO in Mexico are suitable for industrial production. At present, although some strains of Spirulina have been introduced and separated from different sources in China, no comprehensive information has been reported on the evaluation of their biological properties and production performance and their classification. To this end, the collected 6 strains of Spirulina main biological properties and performance studies, in order to select suitable for large-scale production of fine algae strains for production applications.
