为探讨室温下己酮可可碱(pentoxifyline,PF)对人不同精子运动特性的影响,将正常精子(I组),少精及运动低下精子(II组)和冷冻复苏精子(II组)分别与PF培育30分钟后洗涤,与对照组同时以计算机精液分析仪(CASA)分析精子运动特性。结果:PF在室温下短时培育能提高各种精子的高活性运动(HA)。其作用在I、I组较明显;PF对平均轨迹速度(VCL)、平均精子头摆动幅度(ALH)及精子运动速度(VAP)的升高作用和对平均直线性比值(LIN)的降低作用经配对t检验,具有显著和极显著意义(P<0.05及P<0.001),且持续至15小时;室温下除LIN以外的精子运动各参数与时间呈负相关,此变化大多于3小时后有统计学差异,以II、II组尤为明显。结果提示:室温下PF可提高精子高活性运动;在人工授精中精子准备时间以选择授精前3小时内进行为宜。
To investigate the effects of pentoxifyline (PF) on the motility of human spermatozoa at room temperature, normal spermatozoa (group I), oligozoospermia and spermicidal motility (group II) and frozen-thawed sperm (group II) PF incubated for 30 minutes after washing, while the control group at the same time by computer semen analyzer (CASA) analysis of sperm motility. RESULTS: Short-term incubation of PF at room temperature increased high activity motility (HA) of various sperms. The effect of PF on the mean track velocity (VCL), average sperm head swing amplitude (ALH) and sperm motility velocity (VAP) and on the average linear ratio (LIN) Paired t-test showed significant and very significant (P <0.05 and P <0.001), and lasted up to 15 hours; at room temperature in addition to LIN sperm motility parameters were negatively correlated with time, most of this change There were statistical differences after 3 hours, especially in II and II groups. The results suggest that: PF at room temperature can increase the high activity of sperm motility; artificial insemination in sperm preparation time to choose insemination within 3 hours before appropriate.
