目的为伊春市提供一座卫生合格以供水为主的水库。方法按规范要求的方法对伊春市西山水库库区一般污染源、传染性污染源进行消毒处理,结合现场流行病学调查对消毒效果进行比较。结果经过4个月的实验室检测,卫生清理地区粪大肠菌值等致病菌、蛔虫卵死亡率均符合卫生学标准要求;现场调查至今未发生肠道传染病疫情。结论认真执行卫生清理规范,将有效控制介水疾病的发生。
Aim To provide Yichun City with a hygienic and water-based reservoir. Methods According to the requirements of the standard methods, the general pollution source and contagious pollution source in Xishan reservoir area of Yichun City were disinfected, and the disinfection effects were compared with the epidemiological investigation in the field. Results After 4 months of laboratory tests, fecal coliform bacteria and other pathogenic bacteria in the sanitarily clean area, the ascaris egg mortality rate met the hygiene standards. No epidemics of intestinal infectious diseases were reported on the spot investigation so far. Conclusion Serious implementation of health clearance rules will effectively control the occurrence of water-borne diseases.
