陕甘宁边区体育是在中国共产党和边区政府领导下,以劳苦大众为主体的新式的人民体育运动。在艰苦的战争年代里,陕甘宁边区军民为夺取抗日战争和解放战争的胜利,体育曾起过积极作用,在中国近代体育史中占有重要地位。因此,研究、探讨陕甘宁边区时期的体育对当前体育事业的发展有着极其重要的现实意义。
The Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region Sports is a new type of people’s sports that takes the hardworking masses as the mainstay under the leadership of the Chinese Communist Party and the border area government. In the arduous years of war, in order to win the victory of the Anti-Japanese War and the Liberation War, the military and civilian sectors in the Shensi-Kansu-Ningsia Border Region played an active part in occupying an important position in the modern Chinese sports history. Therefore, it is extremely important and realistic to study and explore the sports in the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region to the development of current sports.
