在玉门石油管理局机械厂、上海大隆机器厂、胜利油田临盘指挥部等单位的积极支持下,我们对经液体三元共渗新工艺处理的钻井泥浆泵拉杆进行了初次矿场试验。矿场试验结果表明,经三元共渗处理的拉杆使用寿命高于一般中频淬火拉杆。液体三元共渗是玉门石油管理局机械厂的工人同志在毛主席的革命路线指引下研究成功的新型化学热处理工艺,它具有工艺比较简单,被处理的工件表面硬度高,耐磨性能好,变形量小等优点。钻井泥浆泵的拉杆、缸套等零件磨损严重,使用寿命低。要提高它们的使用寿命,必须提高其工作表面的抗泥砂磨损的能力。液体三元共渗恰好具有提高被处理零件表面耐磨性能的优点。因此,我们请玉门工人师付处理了一批泥浆泵拉杆、缸套,送到胜利油田进行矿场试验。目前,三元共渗拉杆已经取得初步结果。
With the active support from Yumen Petroleum Administration Machinery Factory, Shanghai Dalong Machine Factory and Shengli Oilfield Provice Command, we carried out the first mine test on the drilling mud rod of drilling mud pump which was treated by liquid ternary new technology. . The results of the field test show that the service life of the tie rod treated by ternary infiltration is higher than that of the general intermediate frequency quenching tie rod. Liquid ternary permeation is a new chemical heat treatment process successfully researched by workers in Yumen Petroleum Machinery Factory under the guidance of Chairman Mao’s revolutionary line. It has the advantages of simple process, high surface hardness and good wear resistance , Small deformation and other advantages. Drilling mud rod rod, cylinder liner and other parts wear serious, low life expectancy. To increase their useful life, they must improve their working surface anti-sand abrasion ability. Liquid ternary permeation just has the advantage of improving the wear resistance of the treated part surface. Therefore, we asked Yumen workers to deal with a number of mud pump rod, cylinder liner, sent to the Shengli oil field test. At present, the ternary infiltration rod has achieved initial results.
