氧氮碳共渗是在含有水蒸汽和氮、碳原子的气氛中,在刀具表面同时渗入氧氮碳。它是在蒸汽氧化和气体软氮化基础上发展起来的一种表面化学热处理新工艺。过去称这种处理方法为“氧氮化处理”。
Oxygen nitrocarburizing is the simultaneous penetration of oxygen and nitrogen into the tool surface in an atmosphere containing water vapor and nitrogen and carbon atoms. It is a surface chemical heat treatment based on steam oxidation and gas nitrocarburizing. In the past, this approach was called “oxynitridation”.
