中国石油企业协会(以下简称石油企协)行业部级2009年度石油石化企业管理现代化创新优秀成果、优秀论文、优秀著作奖评审(以下简称“三评”)工作结束,现正式发布。石油企协自石油工业部时期就组织开展的“三评”到现在已分别进行了22届、14届和19届。经石油企协专家评审委员会按照评比程序审定的2009年度“三评”各项奖项,创新元素更加突出,管理实践更显活力,行业特色更为鲜明,集中反映和折射了石油石化行业在管理创新方面取得的最新成就和先进水平,对积极推动我国石油石化行业的管理进步和软实力建设发挥了不可或缺的重要作用。石油企协2009年共收到全国石油石化企事业单位申报优秀成果164项,评出获奖优秀成果110项,获奖率为67.07%;共收到申报优秀论文391篇,评出获奖优秀论文265篇,获奖率为67.77%;共收到申报优秀著作22部,评出获奖优秀著作16部,获奖率为72.72%。其“三评”的申报率和获奖率与2008年度相比,都有较大幅度的提升。

In 2009, the Petroleum Enterprises Association received a total of 164 excellent results declared by the national petroleum and petrochemical enterprises and institutions, and 110 outstanding awards were awarded with a winning rate of 67.07%. A total of 391 excellent papers were declared and 265 outstanding papers were awarded , Winning rate of 67.77%; received a total of 22 applications for outstanding works, awarding outstanding works of 16, winning rate of 72.72%. Compared with 2008, the reporting rate and awarding rate of its “three assessments” have been significantly improved.
