科学发展观作为当代中国马克思主义的伟大成果,构成中国特色社会主义现代化的基础理念。我们理应通过将其置于人的世界历史性存在和马克思唯物史观对西方现代性文化逻辑的超越的双重视域来领悟它。西方发达国家的近现代化运动将自由和德性作为社会发展的基础理念与文化活动的主旋律,结果却导致总体性的发展悖论;同时,以“人的世界历史性存在”所内在的困境与机遇为关注中心,马克思视野的自由与德性思想超越了西方传统的文化观念,扭转了人类社会历史的发展格局。科学发展观作为当代中国马克思主义的伟大理论成果,内蕴着知性与德性、竞生与共生相统一的人文精神和开放与宽容、祛蔽与解放互养相成的实践向度。
As a great achievement of Marxism in contemporary China, the scientific concept of development constitutes the basic idea of the modernization of socialism with Chinese characteristics. We should realize it by placing it in the double horizon of the historical existence of mankind and the transcendence of Marxist historical materialism to the cultural logic of Western modernity. The modernization movement in the developed countries of the West regards freedom and virtue as the main theme of social development and the main theme of cultural activities. The result has led to an overall development paradox. At the same time, it is inherent in the historical existence of the human world Dilemma and opportunity are the focus of attention. The freedom and virtue of Marx’s vision transcend the traditional Western concepts of culture and reverse the development pattern of human social history. As a great theoretical result of Marxism in contemporary China, the Scientific Outlook on Development contains the humanistic spirit of unity of reason and virtue, the unity of competition and symbiosis, and the practical orientation of opening up and tolerance to mutual interference and liberation.
