文章利用拓展的R&D增长模型和中国2000-2006年省际面板数据证明了由于技术差距对技术后发优势的双面效应,技术差距与技术进步和经济增长呈倒“U”形关系,一定程度以内的技术差距有利于技术进步,但过大的技术差距并不利于技术进步;而主导技术进步模式随着技术差距的缩小从自主研发到模仿,再到自主研发转换。其政策含义是:根据技术差距选择适宜的主导技术进步模式有助于实现技术赶超。
Based on the extended R & D growth model and the provincial panel data from 2000 to 2006 in China, the paper proves that the technology gap is related to technological progress and economic growth due to the double-sided effect of technological disparity on technological backwardness. Technological gaps within a certain level are conducive to technological progress, but too large a technological gap is not conducive to technological progress; while the dominant mode of technological progress changes from independent research and development to imitation as the technology gap shrinks to an independent research and development transformation. Its policy meaning is: According to the technological gap to choose the appropriate mode of leading technological progress to help achieve technological catch-up.
