低位绞车司钻操作台在司钻房内并置于钻台面,使得控制绞车滚筒高、低速离合器的气路管线较长,当司钻操作绞车滚筒高、低速离合器的操作手柄时,造成绞车滚筒高、低速离合器的进气和放气存在严重滞后,离合器不能及时的抱合和分离。针对这一问题,对绞车滚筒高低速控制系统进行改进,把绞车的控制系统由气控改为电控,并且在司钻操作手柄处安装绞车高低速指示灯,彻底解决了离合器进、排气严重滞后的难题,消除安全隐患。
