在信息时代,“教教兴国”的战略能否顺利实施,其决定因素取决于教育的推动,取决于教育对象素质的高低。也就是说培养出来的人才要适应社会知识结构变化的需要。作为教育体系中的职业教育,是公办性质的也好,还是民办性质的也罢,都是以社会和经济需求为导向,传授给学生专业知识技能和自我谋生手段。其办学的宗旨是追求教育的高质量与毕业生的高素质,寻求专业和课程设置与市场经济的有效契合。学校的办学效果与办学特色,往往通过职业教育的全过程被直接地表现出来。
In the information age, the strategy of “teaching and rejuvenating the nation” can be smoothly implemented. The decisive factor depends on the promotion of education and on the quality of the target of education. In other words, personnel trained to adapt to changes in the needs of the social knowledge structure. As a vocational education in the education system, whether it is public-owned or non-government-oriented, all are based on social and economic needs and are taught to students’ professional knowledge skills and self-making means. The purpose of running a school is to pursue the high quality of education and the high quality of graduates and to seek effective fit between professional and curriculum settings and market economy. The school’s running effectiveness and schooling characteristics are often directly manifested through the whole process of vocational education.
