采用室内模拟装置对无碱脱臭Ⅱ型工艺催化剂AFS-12 的应用性能进行了研究。结果表明,使用催化剂AFS-12的无碱脱臭工艺,当进料空速小于2 h- 1时,能满足不同结构和不同硫醇硫含量原料油的脱臭。催化剂的活性组分在使用过程中不流失,其活性和稳定性均优于磺化酞菁钴催化剂。助剂ZH-22不仅能提高催化剂的活性和稳定性,还具有清洗催化剂床层的作用。
The performance of the alkali-free deodorization type Ⅱ catalyst AFS-12 was studied using an indoor simulator. The results showed that the deodorization of feedstock with different structures and different mercaptans could be satisfied when the space velocity of feed was less than 2 h-1 using the alkali-free deodorization process of catalyst AFS-12. The active component of the catalyst is not lost during use, and its activity and stability are better than that of the sulfonated cobalt phthalocyanine catalyst. Additives ZH-22 can not only improve the catalyst activity and stability, but also has the role of cleaning the catalyst bed.
