目的建立药品中培氟沙星的银纳米粒子光度测定法。方法在10 ml比色管中,依次加入2.5 ml银纳米溶液和一定量的培氟沙星标准溶液,1.0 ml p H值为6.09三酸缓冲溶液,用超纯水定容至刻度室温反应20 min后,测定体系400 nm处的吸收度。结果培氟沙星在0.4μg/ml~1.5μg/ml时与银纳米粒子400 nm处的吸光度值呈良好的线性关系,线性回归方程为A_0/A=0.283 8C+0.709 7,相关系数r=0.995 0,方法检出限为0.063μg/ml,平均回收率为91.5%~94.8%。结论银纳米粒子光度测定培氟沙星的方法具有快速简便,灵敏度和精密度较高的优点,适用于药品中培氟沙星的检测。
Objective To establish a silver nanoparticle photometry method for pefloxacin in medicine. Methods 10 ml colorimetric tube, followed by adding 2.5 ml of silver nano-solution and a certain amount of pefloxacin standard solution, 1.0 ml pH value of 6.09 tric acid buffer solution, with ultrapure water to a mark of room temperature reaction 20 min, the absorbance of the system at 400 nm was measured. Results Pefloxacin showed a good linear relationship with the absorbance of silver nanoparticles at 400 nm at a concentration of 0.4μg / ml ~ 1.5μg / ml. The linear regression equation was A0 / A = 0.283 8C + 0.709 7. The correlation coefficient r = 0.995 0, the detection limit was 0.063 μg / ml, the average recovery was 91.5% ~ 94.8%. Conclusion The method of photoluminescence determination of pefloxacin by silver nanoparticles has the advantages of rapid and simple, high sensitivity and precision, and is suitable for the determination of pefloxacin in medicines.
