目前,超声波探伤在发电类产品的检验中扮演着越来越重要的角色。如何选择一个合适的灵敏度,客观的对缺陷进行评定,是检验人员以及工艺员所关注的重点。顾客的规范中都会规定要求使用的灵敏度以及采用什么方法来对缺陷进行评定。如GE(通用电气)的规范要求使用DAC方法来设定灵敏度。同时规定了一系列的试块。而西门子的规范要求使用AVG(或DGS)方法,但未强制规定使用同材质试块,从而为AVG曲线在现场的应用打下基础
At present, ultrasonic flaw detection plays an increasingly important role in the testing of power generation products.
