分析了化工原理教学中存在的问题和原因,提出要细化知识点,设计符合高职学生学习特点的,基于教学做合一的实验项目。介绍了传热单元操作中的一个实验项目的实验目的及相关知识、实验工具和教学实验方案。该实验应用简单,设备简单,便于操作,能帮助学生理解化工原理抽象知识,激发学生学习兴趣,培养学生的自主学习能力和分析问题解决问题的能力。
The problems and reasons existed in the teaching of chemical engineering were analyzed. The article proposed to refine the knowledge points and design the experimental project that is based on the teaching and learning in accordance with the characteristics of learning for higher vocational students. The experimental purpose, related knowledge, experimental tools and teaching experiment scheme of an experimental project in the operation of heat transfer unit are introduced. The experiment is simple, simple and easy to operate. It can help students understand the abstract knowledge of chemical principles, stimulate students ’interest in learning, develop students’ autonomous learning ability and analyze the ability of problem solving.
