自新课改提出和实施已十余年的时间,我国各地中小学都先后按照新课改的要求逐渐进行课改、教改,整体上取得了一定的成绩。新课改特别强调了学生在学习中的主体地位,这就直接改变了传统教学模式的思维。作者结合多年的教学经验,深入研究新课改的要求,在小学语文课堂教学中尝试应用了“练,学,教,测,评”五步教学法,结合新时代对人才培养的要求进行了创新设计,取得了比较好的效果。一、小学语文“练,学,教,测,评”五步教学法概述
