机车用大功率中高速柴油机向高强度、低油耗方向不断发展,其燃油喷射系统的强化强度也越来越高,使燃油喷射系统的穴蚀、二次喷射和零部件可靠性等问题日益突出.通过计算机模拟,讨论了各种喷射条件对喷雾性能的影响,这样不仅可以验证已有喷射系统的工作特性,而且将大大提高新内燃机喷射系统的研制速度
The high-speed and medium-speed high-speed diesel engines for locomotives are developing towards high strength and low fuel consumption. The intensified intensities of their fuel injection systems are also getting higher and higher. The problems such as cavitation, secondary injection and component reliability of the fuel injection system are increasingly prominent . Through computer simulation, the influence of various injection conditions on the spray performance was discussed. This not only verified the operating characteristics of the existing injection system, but also greatly enhanced the development speed of the new internal combustion engine injection system
