针对目前大宗工业物资运输船队规划研究中存在的问题,建立基于承运份额考虑的我国油轮船队规划的动态规划模型,并编制软件进行求解,获得2013—2017年我国油轮船队的最佳发展策略.
Aiming at the existing problems in the research of bulk industrial transport fleet planning, a dynamic programming model of China’s tanker fleet planning based on transport share is established and software is compiled to obtain the best development of China’s tanker fleet in 2013-2017 Strategy.
