脊神经节是体躯一级感觉神经元胞体集积区,是研究一级感觉传入神经化学性质的一个重要部位。本文拟用电针和切断背根的方法以观察脊神经节内乙酰胆碱(Ach)含量及乙酰胆碱酯酶(AchE)活性的变化,旨在探讨外周Ach与针感一级传入的关系。
Spinal ganglion is a body mass sensory neurons accumulation area, is to study the primary sensory afferent neurochemical properties of an important part. In this paper, the changes of acetylcholine (Ach) content and acetylcholinesterase (AchE) activity in the spinal ganglia were observed with electroacupuncture and severed dorsal root tips to explore the relationship between peripheral Ach and primary afferent acupuncture.
