目的 探讨地方性克汀病智力低下与尾核神经元放电活动及神经递质的关系。方法 复制碘缺乏子代大鼠模型 ;采用玻璃微电极记录碘缺乏子代大鼠尾核神经元单位自发放电活动 ,并观察侧脑室注入乙酰胆碱对其影响。结果 碘缺乏子代大鼠尾核神经元自发放电数目稀少 ,以低、中频率为主 ,而对照组以中、高频率占优 (P <0 .0 1) ;注入乙酰胆碱后 ,对照组 5 5 %尾核神经元放电呈兴奋效应 ,而碘缺乏子代大鼠仅有 2 3%兴奋 ,5 8%无明显变化。结论 碘缺乏子代大鼠学习记忆力低下与尾核内乙酰胆碱系统的功能障碍有关
Objective To investigate the relationship between local Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease’s mental retardation and discharge activity and neurotransmitter in caudate nucleus. Methods Iodine deficiency offspring rat models were duplicated. The spontaneous electrical activity of caudate nucleus neurons in rats with iodine deficient progeny was recorded by glass microelectrode. The effect of acetylcholine infusion into the lateral ventricle was observed. Results The number of spontaneous discharges of caudate nucleus in iodine deficient offspring rats was scarce, mainly in low and middle frequency, while the control group was dominated by medium and high frequency (P <0.01). After injection of acetylcholine, The discharge of 5% caudate nucleus neurons showed excitement effect, while the iodine deficient progeny rats were only 23% excited, while 58% had no obvious changes. Conclusions Iodine deficiency offspring rats have impaired learning and memory ability and dysfunction of acetylcholine system in caudate nucleus
