人骨髓细胞体外长期培养基质层细胞按其核浆、形态特征分为四类:AC1最大,有数个明显核仁,胞浆呈薄纱状;AC2与巨噬细胞类似,核小深染,胞内有吞噬物;AC3最显著的特征是胞浆内广泛分布的脂质空泡;AC4最小,核大深染,胞浆少。从培养第4周至第8周,AC1及AC2分别从21.75%、31.25%上升至40.5%、55%;AC3及AC4分别从31%、15.5%降至1.5%、3%。碱性磷酸酶-抗碱性磷酸酶(APAAP)法检测细胞表面抗原,可见AC1纤维联结蛋白阳性,AC2的CD68强阳性,AC3的纤维联结蛋白弱阳性,AC4的上两种单抗及因子VIII相关活性抗原均标记阴性。本实验结果可作为一个参考值,衡量在各种实验条件下基质层细胞组成的变化。

Alkaline phosphatase - alkaline phosphatase (APAAP) assay for cell surface antigen showed AC1 fibronectin positive, AC2 CD68 strongly positive, weak AC3 fibronectin, AC4 the upper two monoclonal antibodies and Factor VIII Relevant active antigens are negative. The results of this experiment can be used as a reference value to measure changes in the composition of stromal cells under various experimental conditions.
