为掌握规模养殖场液体粪便沼气池内微生物生理群随发酵进程的动态情况,筛选高效的产甲烷复合菌系和规模养殖场沼气工程优化提供科学依据,2008年9月~2009年11月在成都市双流县5个养猪场配套的粪便无害化处理沼气工程的沼气池进行采样,研究沼气发酵过程的微生物总数及微生物生理群的动态变化.结果显示,不同时期沼气池内微生物总数变化不显著,温度对微生物总数量影响也不是很显著,但微生物生理群的种类和数量变化会较大,发酵初期微生物生理群数量较少,中期数量增长很快,在产气稳定期,微生物生理群在沼气发酵池不同位置有垂直分布差异.
To provide a scientific basis for grasping the dynamic state of microbial physiological groups in the liquid manure biogas digesters in large-scale farms and screening biogas projects with high productivity of methane-producing complex strains and large-scale farms, from September 2008 to November 2009, The biogas digesters of biogas digestion and manure disposal in 5 pig farms in Shuangliu County were sampled to study the total number of microorganisms and the dynamic changes of microbial physiological groups in biogas fermentation.The results showed that the total number of microorganisms in biogas digesters did not change significantly in different periods, The influence of temperature on the total amount of microorganisms is not significant, but the types and quantities of microbial communities will be larger, the number of microbial communities will be smaller and the number of medium will increase rapidly. During the stable period of gas production, Fermentation pool at different locations have vertical distribution differences.
