目的确定某环保产品生产公司建设项目产生的职业病危害因素,分析其危害程度及对劳动者健康的影响,评价职业病危害防护措施及其效果,提出职业病危害的关键控制点。方法采用现场调查和检测检验结果相结合的方法,进行定性定量和职业病危害因素接触水平综合分析评价。结果该项目除备料区钳工打磨操作位噪声超标和电焊打磨岗位粉尘超标外,下料区、部件组装区、磁盘区各检测和测量项目的结果均未超过国家规定的职业接触限值和卫生限值。作业岗位危害因素超职业限值率:粉尘8.1%,噪声14.3%,毒物未超限值。结论该建设项目正在运行的控制职业病危害的防护设施是可行的,采取的职业病危害防护措施是基本有效的。
Objective To determine the hazard factors of occupational diseases caused by the construction projects of an environmental product manufacturer, analyze the degree of harm and the impact on workers’ health, evaluate the protective measures against occupational hazards and their effects, and put forward the key control points of occupational disease hazards. Methods The methods of field survey and test results were used to analyze the relationship between qualitative and quantitative factors and occupational hazards. Results The project did not exceed the occupational exposure limit and sanitation limit stipulated by the state in all the testing and measuring items in the cutting area, component assembly area and disk area, except that the noise of the fitter working position in the preparation area exceeded the standard and the dust in the welding and grinding position exceeded the standard. value. Occupational hazard factors Occupational limits: 8.1% of dust, noise 14.3%, the poison does not exceed the limit. Conclusion The protective facilities for occupational hazards that are currently in operation in this project are feasible and the protective measures against occupational hazards are basically effective.
