观察国医大师周仲瑛教授“癌毒”理论指导下经长期临床实践的有效抗癌方药-消癌解毒方对H22小鼠肿瘤生长及细胞凋亡的影响,初步分析该方抗癌机理。方法:建立H22小鼠模型,分模型组,消癌解毒中药(高、中、低剂量)组,西药(顺铂)对照组,分别检测各组抑瘤率;流式细胞仪检测各组肿瘤细胞凋亡率;ELISA法检测各组外周血IL-6的表达。结果:与模型组比较,消癌解毒方各组、顺铂组能明显抑制实体瘤重、促进肿瘤细胞凋亡、显著降低血清IL-6水平(P<0.05,P<0.01),中药中剂量组与西药组比较无统计学意义。结论:消癌解毒方能抑制H22小鼠实体瘤的生长,促进肿瘤细胞凋亡,抑制IL-6的产生和表达可能是其抗癌作用机制之一。
To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine master Zhou Zhongying professor “cancer virus” under the guidance of the theory of long-term clinical effective anticancer prescription - Xiao Jin Jie Du Fang H22 mice tumor growth and apoptosis, preliminary analysis of the anti-cancer mechanism. Methods: The model of H22 mice was established. The inhibition rate of tumor in each group was detected by the model group, the decoction-removing and detoxifying traditional Chinese medicine (high, medium and low dose) group and western medicine (cisplatin) The rate of apoptosis was detected by ELISA. The expression of IL-6 in peripheral blood was detected by ELISA. Results: Compared with the model group, each group of Xiaojian Jiedu Fang and Cisplatin significantly inhibited solid tumor weight, promoted apoptosis of tumor cells, decreased serum IL-6 level (P <0.05, P <0.01) Group and Western medicine group was not statistically significant. Conclusion: Xiaoyao Jiedu can inhibit the growth of solid tumor in H22 mice, promote the apoptosis of tumor cells and inhibit the production and expression of IL-6, which may be one of its anti-cancer mechanisms.
