在传统教学过程中,书本上的教学内容一直作为培养学生重点掌握基础知识的载体,也是教师教学的重点内容。对于其他实践操作的训练环节涉及教学内容就相对来说少之又少。尤其是受到应试教育的强大压力,数控专业教学也难逃一劫,终归还是以书本上的重点教学知识为主要教学内容。近年来,我国科学技术快速发展,随之数控加工仿真程序需求提高,同时被广泛地推广和应用。传统教学方法已然满足不了日益发展的需求变化,进而实践课程的教学内容逐渐取代了传统教学模式,丰富了数控加工仿真教学内容。结合数控加工仿真程序在数控专业教学过程中的应用,针对数控操作以及编程课程教学中的实际应用进行分析和研究。
In the traditional teaching process, the teaching content in the book has been used as the carrier to train the students to master the basic knowledge, and also is the key content of the teacher’s teaching. For other practical aspects of training involves teaching content is relatively small. Especially by the strong pressure of exam-oriented education, CNC teaching can not escape the robbery, and ultimately to focus on the book’s teaching knowledge as the main teaching content. In recent years, China’s rapid development of science and technology, along with CNC machining simulation program to improve demand, while being widely promoted and applied. The traditional teaching methods can not meet the ever-changing needs of the people, and then practice the teaching content of the curriculum has gradually replaced the traditional teaching mode and enriched the NC machining simulation teaching content. Based on the application of NC machining simulation program in CNC teaching process, this paper analyzes and researches the practical application of NC operation and programming course teaching.
