采用固相反应法合成 Li2 O-B2 O3-SiO2掺杂的 ZnAl2 O4陶瓷。研究了 Li2 O-B2 O3-SiO2(LBS)玻璃对ZnAl2 O4陶瓷微波介电性能的影响。采用 X线衍射仪和扫描电镜研究其相结构与微观形貌,采用闭腔法测量其微波介电性能。结果表明:添加6 wt% LBS玻璃可以使ZnAl2 O4陶瓷的烧结温度由1650℃降至1250℃,且无第二相产生。当LBS的添加量为6wt%时,ZnAl2 O4陶瓷在1250℃烧结3 h获得最佳微波介电性能:εr=7.6,Q×f=24000 GHz,τf=-58×10-6/℃。“,”ZnAl2 O4 ceramics doped with Li2 O-B2 O3-SiO2 were prepared by conventional solid reaction method. The effect of Li2 O-B2 O3-SiO2 (LBS)glass on the microwave dielectric properties of ZnAl2 O4 was investigated.The phase structure and the microstructure of the ceramics were studied by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron micro-scopic techniques.The microwave dielectric properties of the sintered samples were measured by the shielded cavity resonance method.The results showed that the sintering temperature of ZnAl2 O4 ceramics with 6wt% LBS addition can be effectively reduced from 1 650 ℃ to 1 250 ℃ without second phase formation.The 6wt% LBS-doped ZnAl2 O4 ceramics sintered at 1 250 ℃ for 3 h have the optimum microwave dielectric properties:εr=7.6,Q×f=24 000 GHz andτf=-58×10-6/℃.
