目的:评估彩色多普勒超声对于鉴别乳腺良恶性肿瘤的临床应用意义。方法:选取从2014年6月1日到2016年5月31日收治于我院并经病理检验确诊为乳腺占位性病变的42例患者作为研究对象,其中32例良性乳腺肿物病变归为良性组,10例恶性乳腺肿物病变归为恶性组。对两组的彩超诊断准确率、医学影像表现、Adler分级等相关情况进行观察。结果:良性组通过彩色多普勒超声共鉴别出30例,与病理检测结果进行比较,诊断准确率为93.75%。恶性组通过彩色多普勒超声共鉴别出9例,与病理检测结果进行比较,诊断准确率为90.0%。此外彩超医学影像特征及Adler分级则存在显著差异(p均<0.05)。结论:彩色多普勒超声对于良性恶性乳腺肿物的临床诊断准确率较高,能够通过医学影像特征实现良恶性肿瘤的有效辨别,对乳腺占位性病变疾病的临床诊断与对症治疗具有显著临床应用意义,值得推广。
Objective: To evaluate the clinical significance of color Doppler ultrasound in differentiating benign and malignant breast tumors. Methods: Forty-two patients who were admitted to our hospital from June 1, 2014 to May 31, 2016 and were diagnosed as breast lesions by pathology were selected as the study subjects. 32 cases of benign breast lesions were classified as Benign group, 10 cases of malignant breast lesions were classified as malignant group. Two groups of color Doppler ultrasound diagnostic accuracy, medical imaging performance, Adler classification and other related circumstances were observed. Results: Thirty cases were identified by color Doppler ultrasonography in benign group. The diagnostic accuracy was 93.75% compared with the results of pathological examination. In malignant group, 9 cases were identified by color Doppler ultrasound and compared with the pathological results, the diagnostic accuracy was 90.0%. In addition, color Doppler ultrasound imaging features and Adler grading there are significant differences (p <0.05). Conclusion: The accuracy of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of benign and malignant breast tumor is high, which can effectively distinguish benign and malignant tumors by medical imaging features.
